- Account data you provide (email address, and optionally name and profile details);
- Client and project data you create (projects, deliverables, approvals, comments, and invoices);
- Technical data such as log files, IP address, and browser type, used for security and reliability.
How we use your information
- to provide, maintain, and secure the Service;
- to send you Service-related emails (sign-in, notifications);
- to improve the Service and understand how it is used;
- to comply with legal obligations.
Sharing and processors
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers who process it on our behalf, under contract and for the purposes described here: Supabase (hosting and database), Resend (email delivery), Stripe (payment processing), and Sentry (error monitoring). We may also disclose information where required by law.
Data retention
We retain account data for as long as your account is active, and for 30 days thereafter, unless a longer period is required by law.
